www.kiviboutique.com e-shop is governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania and therefore also has a return policy.
Returning goods:
- Returns can be made within 14 calendar days. The period starts from the moment the parcel is delivered by the courier or from the moment the parcel is collected by the buyer.
- The returned product must be in its original packaging, unused and with all its accessories (instructions, etc.) and gifts (if any). Goods will not be taken back, exchanged or refunded if: a) they have been used (opening the packaging, bottle, etc.); b) they have been damaged; c) they have not retained their usable properties; d) they have lost their marketable appearance; e) they have been stripped of their original labels.

The buyer must indicate his/her name and order number on the packaging of the item to be shipped. The person indicated must be the same as the buyer. All costs associated with the return of the goods to the seller (buyer) are to be paid by the buyer. - The money will be refunded once it has been credited to the customer's account, within 3 - 5 working days of the return.
- In addition to the above conditions, the return of goods shall be subject to the Terms of Service (VI. RETURN OF GOODS) and other legislation in force in the Republic of Lithuania.
- Items that cannot be returned: underwear, baby clothes, watches, tights, socks, stockings and other similar articles, perfumery and cosmetics.
