Properties (for external use only): purifies the air, scents rooms, eases breathing, works against viruses, relieves mental exhaustion and boosts immunity.

Evaporation in humidifiers:
3-5 drops per 100ml of water, 1-2 drops per 100ml of water for the more sensitive to odours.

Instructions for using essential oils:
Essential oils are highly concentrated substances that have an active effect on the body. Therefore, essential oils are used diluted in a "base" oil. Pure essential oils can irritate the skin and should not be applied directly to the skin.

Respiratory test: if inhaling the smell of a pure essential oil or a blend of essential oils does not cause discomfort, is pleasant and does not cause respiratory spasms, i.e. coughing, choking, then which oil can you use?

Skin test: 1 drop of essential oil in 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil and rub a small amount on the skin of the wrist. If no signs of skin irritation appear within 15 to 40 minutes, you can use the oil.
